Where are BIENTEVEO pieces made?
BIENTEVEO works with carefully selected production partners to make our apparel. Our designs begin with us and are produced especially for you when you order. This made-to-order approach allows us to create a much wider, more interesting collection without producing mountains of inventory that may never find a home.
How do your T-shirts and hoodies fit?
We like clothes that feel easy.
Our T-shirts and hoodies have a relaxed, unisex fit designed to be worn rather than fussed over. Because fit is personal, we recommend checking the size guide on the product page before ordering — especially if you prefer something particularly fitted or oversized.
How should I care for my BIENTEVEO piece?
A little kindness goes a long way.
Wash with similar colors in cold water and turn printed garments inside out before washing. Use a gentle cycle and avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry when you can. Please don't iron directly over the artwork.

When will my order ship?
Most BIENTEVEO apparel is made especially for you after your order is placed, so please allow time for production before shipment.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. Delivery time after shipment varies by destination.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination. You'll see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our apparel is produced to order, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges simply for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us. We want to know, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations aren't always possible once an order has entered production.
If you've made a mistake, contact us as soon as you can. If production hasn't begun, we'll do our best to help.
